About the Role The Site Manager/Supervisor will oversee and manage day-to-day site operations across various projects, ensuring that all works are completed on time and within budget. We focus on quality to build on our reputation and therefore expect our Site Managers to have a keen eye for detail and ensure works are carried out to a proffesional standard. Responsibilities Oversee and manage day-to-day site operations across various projects Coordinate trades, materials, and equipment Ensure all works are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards Maintain site health and safety in compliance with company and legal standards Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and head office Produce daily/weekly progress reports as required Qualifications Proven experience as a Site Manager or Supervisor in construction or a similar industry SMSTS (beneficial) Trade qualification (beneficial) Required Skills Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills Full UK driving licence Willingness to travel nationally and stay away from home when required Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Desirable Skills Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously Pay range and compensation package Competitive salary based on experience.
