My client are a dynamic marketing agency who are looking for a strategic, data-driven Head of SEO to lead their agency’s search practice and drive exceptional results for a diverse portfolio of clients. In this role, you’ll own the SEO vision, manage and mentor a team of specialists, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated digital strategies.
Responsibilities
* Lead the development and execution of SEO strategies across technical, on-page, and off-page disciplines.
* Manage, mentor, and grow a high-performing SEO team.
* Serve as the senior SEO expert for clients, presenting strategies, performance insights, and growth opportunities.
* Conduct in-depth audits, keyword research, competitive analysis, and forecasting.
* Oversee reporting, ensure data accuracy, and drive continuous performance optimization.
* Stay ahead of industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging tools.
Requirements
* 6+ years of SEO experience, ideally in an agency environment.
* Proven success leading SEO strategy and team leadership.
* Deep understanding of technical SEO, content strategy, and analytics platforms.
* Strong communication, client-facing, and project management skills.
