As a Recruitment Apprentice, you’ll be supporting our team to deliver outstanding service to both clients and candidates. Your day-to-day will include: Learning how to source, screen, and interview candidates Supporting job advertising and candidate attraction Building strong relationships with clients and jobseekers Maintaining our recruitment database and systems Working towards targets and learning how to place candidates into roles Who are we looking for? This is an entry-level opportunity – no recruitment experience is needed! We’re looking for someone who is: Finishing college or university this summer (2025) Ambitious, driven, and eager to build a long-term career A great communicator with strong people skills Organised, proactive, and up for a challenge Interested in business, sales, or HR Ready to work hard and learn fast Entry Requirements: Eligible to work in the UK Minimum of 5 GCSEs including English & Maths (or equivalent) A passion for working with people and learning about recruitment
