HR Business Partner (Fixed Term Contract)

What You’ll Do:
* HR Leadership: Assist in resolving complex HR matters, including workforce planning, employee relations, recruitment, retention, and engagement.
* Business Partnering: Build and maintain effective relationships with designated service areas to support the development and delivery of HR initiatives.
* Change Management: Plan, design, and deliver organisational change programmes, including redundancies and TUPE transfers.
* Employee Relations: Proactively manage employee relations casework, ensuring compliance with best practises and making recommendations for future improvements.
* Workforce Planning: Collaborate with the business to ensure appropriate capacity, capability, and engagement levels for all horizons.
* Influencing Leaders: Provide professional challenge to service leaders regarding employment law and policies.
* Recruitment Support: Assist with recruitment activities as needed.
* Leadership Development: Enhance management and leadership standards by empowering service leaders to resolve people management issues independently.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role.
* Strong knowledge of employment legislation and best practises.
* Exceptional problem‑solving skills and the ability to interpret HR metrics.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* A proactive approach to managing employee relations and workforce planning.
