We are seeking a passionate and self-motivated Service Manager to lead a range of specialist mental health care packages, supporting a diverse group of individuals with mental health needs. St Matthews Court is a development of 10 high quality, self-contained apartments in Barnsley that provides accommodation and 24 hour support for people with complex mental health needs. Person-centred recovery support is provided by our core on-site team of Recovery Workers, with additional support from our peripatetic Quality and Practice Team. The main aim of our Service Manager role is to provide effective, outcome based, community recovery for people with complex mental health needs. To regularly monitor, evaluate and develop the service, making sure systems are in place to ensure that the feedback and involvement of service users, their families, partner agencies and staff are fully incorporated.
