Job Title: Product Owner
Location: Central London (Hybrid – 2–3 days a week in-office)
Salary: Up to £70,000 (DOE) + Bonus + Benefits
The Role:
Happy to announce that La Fosse has partnered exclusively with a global consultancy and SaaS provider that specialises in delivering data-driven treasury and financial solutions to a client base of Fortune 500 and FTSE-listed companies. This business is scaling its digital capabilities and is looking for a Product Owner to help drive roadmap execution for a core product suite.
As a Product Owner, you’ll be part of a cross-functional product team and act as the bridge between business, technical and client-facing stakeholders. Reporting into the Head of Data & Software Products, you’ll own the delivery and enhancement of a market-leading bank relationship management SaaS solution, working directly with engineering teams and global clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and execute product roadmaps aligned with business goals.
Create and manage user stories, acceptance criteria and release planning.
Lead backlog prioritisation and support sprint planning using Agile (Scrum).
Work across internal advisory, data, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure delivery of value.
Drive risk management, issue resolution and scope control across projects.
Document functional and technical requirements, training materials, and change logs.
Act as gatekeeper for UAT, release QA and production readiness.
Collect customer feedback to support roadmap evolution.
Champion compliance, security and data confidentiality standards.
Key Experience:
5 years in a Product Owner role in a SaaS, consulting or financial/regulated environment.
Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency with Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum).
Experience with tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
Solid understanding of SQL, data analysis and ideally financial modelling.
Exposure to financial systems (ERP, TMS, CRM) and/or payment solutions.
Ability to articulate technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with UI/UX definition and quality standards.
Exposure to fast-paced environments is preferred
Experience deploying solutions on AWS is also a preference
