Description
* Oversee and manage all financial reporting and accounting functions.
* Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
* Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
* Provide strategic financial advice to support business decision-making.
* Supervise and guide the Accounting & Finance team to achieve departmental goals.
* Analyse financial data to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings.
* Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies as required.
* Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems.
Profile
A successful Finance Manager should have:
* Relevant experience in a Management Accountant / Financial Accountant or Finance Manager (or similar) role.
* Either be ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified or qualified by experience.
* Proficiency in financial software and tools.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Ability to lead a team of people (managerial experience is not necessary).
