Your new role
The HRBP is a strategic advisor focused on aligning HR strategy with business goals, working closely with leadership to drive organisational change. The HRBP works directly with senior management and department heads to understand business needs and provide tailored HR solutions. The Business Partner, in their role as a bridge between HR and the business, drives strategy in areas like workforce planning, talent management, and employee engagement to support profitable business growth.
What you'll need to succeed
1. Minimum 7 years in Human Resources in a manufacturing environment, including time in a role with broader organisational scope, focusing on business-wide people strategy
2. Broad experience in a variety of HR disciplines, including employee relations,pensation, performance management, talent development
3. Knowledge of regulatory requirements across multiple European countries, and the US, China and India
4. Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills; ability to quickly establish rapport with others
5. Strong problem-solving skills; ability to exercise sound judgment and make sound decisions based on data, analysis and insights
6. Experience working in a lean, fast-paced, results-oriented, performance-driven culture
7. Must be results oriented and able to demonstrate sound judgment when balancing the needs of multiple stakeholders.
8. High energy,fortable performing multifaceted projects with day-to-day activities
9. Self-starter with a sense of urgency when addressing customer and business concerns
