Job Overview
Hours: 7 hours per week, Part‑time, term‑time only (39 weeks per year plus 6.05 weeks annual leave). Fixed term: 12 months. Salary pro rata.
Responsibilities
* Lead and deliver Forest School sessions and outdoor learning across the primary age range.
* Plan progressive, child‑centred programmes.
* Carry out risk assessments and site management.
* Promote pupils' wellbeing, independence and resilience.
* Display excellent outdoor knowledge and behaviour management.
* Be adaptable to work with different age groups.
* Demonstrate relevant Forest School qualifications with up‑to‑date safeguarding and first aid knowledge.
* Liaise with teachers and volunteers.
* Manage resources and maintain the outdoor forest school site.
* Work within school policy and guidance.
