Role and Responsibilities
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
* Survey sites and gather asset information for estimates.
* Coordinate with the service and maintenance teams.
* Review tender documents, drawings, and standards.
* Create detailed proposals using in-house software.
* Follow up on quotations and gather client feedback.
* Participate in internal and client meetings.
* Engage professionally with clients via email, phone, and site visits.
* Hold a full driving license.
Essential Skills
* Technical experience with fire sprinkler systems.
* Experience in developing fire protection proposals.
* Knowledge of standards like BSEN12845, BS9251, BS5306, BS9990.
* Strong organizational and communication skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office.
* Outgoing personality and customer engagement skills.
* Numerical and commercial awareness.
* Willingness to learn and develop.
