Are you a qualified Level 3 EYFS Teaching Assistant with a passion for supporting young children in their early development?
At GSL Education Leicester, we are currently recruiting dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Teaching Assistants to support a range of welcoming primary schools and nurseries across Leicestershire.
The Role:
* Support the class teacher within EYFS settings (Nursery & Reception)
* Deliver and assist with play-based learning and continuous provision
* Support children’s early communication, literacy, and numeracy development
* Provide targeted support on a 1:1 basis or in small groups
* Help create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment

* ✅ Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years
* ✅ Experience working within EYFS settings
* ✅ Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
* ✅ A nurturing, patient, and enthusiastic approach
* ✅ Excellent teamwork and communication skills
* ✅ Paediatric First Aid qualification (desirable)
