Key Responsibilities:
* Leading geotechnical engineering projects from inception to completion
* Conducting detailed site investigations and ground assessments
* Developing geotechnical designs and implementing solutions for both temporary and permanent works
* Preparing comprehensive technical reports and documentation
* Providing expert geotechnical advice and support to clients and internal teams
* Ensuring project deliverables meet high standards of quality and safety
* Managing project budgets and schedules effectively
* Mentoring and guiding junior engineers within the team
Job Requirements:
* Chartered status in a relevant engineering discipline
* Significant experience in geotechnical engineering
* Strong understanding of geotechnical design principles and software
* Proficiency in conducting and interpreting site investigations
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Degree in civil engineering, geotechnical engineering, or a related field
