About the Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring continuity of learning for students aged 11–16. When teachers are absent, you will deliver pre-prepared lesson materials, maintain a purposeful learning environment and keep students motivated and on track.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Delivering planned lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
* Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies
* Supporting students to remain engaged and focused
* Providing occasional support to students with special educational needs (SEN)
* Creating a positive, calm and productive classroom atmosphere
