Wholesale Account Manager - Furniture, Home

Join our growing premium furniture and homeware brand and play a pivotal role in driving commercial success. You’ll manage Ecommerce and Wholesale channels to deliver sustainable revenue and support long-term market growth. Key Responsibilities

* Build and maintain strong relationships with key Ecommerce partners, including leading department stores and online specialists, ensuring profitable trading.
* Collaborate with partners to refine product assortments, boost visibility, and enhance online performance.
* Oversee operations with our external logistics partner, ensuring smooth daily processes and optimal stock availability.
* Plan and deliver marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns in partnership with internal teams.
* Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews, shaping joint business plans and monitoring performance against agreed targets.
* Maintain accurate product data, pricing, and online content across all concessions.
* Support UK Wholesale activities and maximise retailer opportunities in the market.
* Identify new Ecommerce growth channels, including marketplaces, drop-ship models, and emerging digital platforms.


What We’re Looking For

* Experience of developing and growing UK retail home and furniture accounts
* Strong understanding of operational processes, including middleware tools, third‑party fulfilment, and trading platforms.
* Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and solve problems.
* A background in sales, account management, business development, or client relationship management.
* Self‑motivation, proactivity, and the ability to work independently.
* Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Strong negotiation skills and meticulous attention to detail.
* Proven organisational and time‑management abilities.
* Knowledge of the UK market landscape, competition and trends.
