Facilities Team Leader Birmingham Full-time: 8-hour shifts (8am8pm, MondaySunday) Salary- £28,898 - £34,727 per annum Are you a hands-on leader with facilities experience? What Youll Be Doing Leading and motivating the facilities team to deliver excellent service. Managing planned and reactive maintenance, including safety checks and minor repairs. Ensuring properties are safe, secure, clean, and well presented. Acting quickly on issues, finding solutions, or escalating when needed. Supporting sustainability and health & safety initiatives. What Were Looking For Leadership skills confident, approachable, and supportive. Basic maintenance knowledge (plumbing, joinery, plastering, electrical). Strong understanding of health & safety.
