About the Role
As an Employer Brand Manager, you will lead a team of employer brand professionals, set strategic objectives, and manage performance and development. You will build strong relationships with the EY UK Talent team and business units to deliver employer branding activities aligned with our broader brand strategy.
You will collaborate with recruitment and candidate engagement teams to review candidate touchpoints and craft compelling EVP content, empowering brand ambassadors. Working closely with media agencies, you will develop paid strategies and execute employer brand activities throughout the year, while also enhancing operational media activities for a more integrated approach.
You will own reporting and measurement to demonstrate activity impact on employer brand metrics, driving continuous improvement. Staying informed on recruiting, talent, and employer brand trends is essential to influence conversations and maintain your status as a trusted expert.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead a team of employer brand professionals, setting objectives, and managing performance and development.
2. Build relationships with EY UK Talent and business teams to align employer branding activities with broader objectives.
3. Review candidate touchpoints and develop EVP content to support recruitment efforts.
4. Collaborate with media agencies to develop and execute paid media strategies.
5. Improve operational media activities for a cohesive media approach.
6. Own reporting to measure activity impact on employer brand metrics.
7. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employer branding trends and principles, including EVP development.
8. Deliver campaigns across paid, earned, and owned media, demonstrating impact through measurement.
9. Work within a global brand framework, adapting work for the UK market.
10. Develop high-performing teams and influence strategies through audience insights.
11. Manage stakeholder relationships and media/creative agency partnerships.
12. Respond resiliently to change and manage budgets effectively.
Qualifications
* Experience in employer branding, preferably within professional services or large matrix organizations.
* Proven team leadership skills.
