BAYADA Home Health is on the lookout for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic team for a Full-Time Baylor opportunity on weekends. You’ll be making a real difference in the lives of our adult and geriatric clients through Home Health Admissions, Assessments, and Visits across the beautiful territories of Forsyth, Wilkes, Yadkin, Stokes, and Surry counties!

Your Responsibilities as a Registered Nurse (RN):
As a vital member of our team, you will:
* Follow a designated care plan tailored to each patient’s needs.
* Make home visits to clients in your assigned geographic territories.
* Administer medications, provide wound care, and perform treatments and procedures.
* Monitor clients' conditions and report any changes to the Clinical or Client Services Manager.
* Execute and document doctors' orders accurately.
* Conduct client assessments as necessary.
* Manage cases and coordinate care effectively.
* Utilize a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet for accurate documentation of observations and interventions.
What We’re Looking For:
To thrive in this role, you should have:
* A current license as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina.
* Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
* The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
* Strong interpersonal skills to connect with clients and their families.
* Solid computer skills; experience with electronic medical records (EMR) is preferred.
* The ability to travel to assigned cases.
