Role Overview: The Customer Service Team Leader will play a key role in managing day-to-day customer service operations while leading and developing a team of customer service professionals. Working within a chemical manufacturing environment, the Customer Service Team Leader will be responsible for ensuring efficient order processing, seamless coordination with sales and logistics, and a consistently high level of customer satisfaction.
