We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Orders Advisor to join our team. This role focuses on providing seamless customer experiences, from order processing to after-sales support, with a particular emphasis on managing direct-to-site projects and building strong relationships with contractor site agents.
So, What’s the mission?
In this role, you will manage all aspects of customer orders, enquiries, and delivery logistics. Your proactive approach will ensure smooth order processing, timely communication, and the resolution of any delivery-related issues. You will also collaborate with internal and external teams to deliver exceptional service and drive sales growth through customer interactions.

* Familiarity with the construction materials supply industry
