Offer description

Equans is looking for a Contract Administrator - PPM & Compliance to join our team on our Birmingham schools contract at Coleshill, Birmingham, B46 1JU on a permanent basis. This is a full-time position working 37.5 hours per week, from 09:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday with a 30 minute unpaid break. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.

General Overview

To provide a customer focused Helpdesk Service, dealing with all client/customer requests, managing all complaints in a sensitive and efficient manner. Respond to all calls in a timely manner, ensuring appropriate actions are taken and records maintained.

What will you deliver?
Coordinate and maintain Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules across multiple sites
Track statutory compliance activities and ensure documentation is up to date
Support internal and external audits with accurate reporting and evidence
Liaise with engineers, contractors, and site teams to ensure timely completion of works PPM & Corrective works
Maintain compliance trackers and CAFM systems
Communicate effectively with stakeholders and support continuous improvement
Raise and manage Coupa purchase orders

Experience in facilities, compliance, or operational coordination desirable
Strong understanding of PPM and statutory compliance requirements
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Ability to work on own initiative and to prioritise a varied and demanding workload
Accuracy with figures
Intermediate experience to create and produce excel spreadsheets
Office and finance background preferred
