The Role
This is a commercially focused Account Manager role responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of Social Housing customers. You’ll drive revenue growth through strategic account planning, long‑term relationship building, and consultative solution selling.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the overall engagement, health, and commercial performance of assigned accounts
* Drive revenue growth by identifying and converting white‑space opportunities within existing customers
* Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, including executive‑level decision makers
* Understand customer business drivers and challenges to position solutions effectively
* Deliver compelling solution demonstrations and produce high‑quality commercial proposals
* Navigate complex organisational structures and extended deal cycles to successful close
* Own pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and achievement of sales targets
* Create, execute, and maintain structured account development plans
What We’re Looking For
Essential
* 3+ years’ experience in SaaS or software account management within complex or enterprise environments
* Proven track record of consistent performance against revenue or quota targets
* Strong stakeholder management skills and experience selling multi‑stakeholder solutions
* Consultative sales approach with excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to manage the full sales cycle from qualification through to close
* Comfortable using CRM systems and producing professional proposals and business communications
Advantageous
* Experience selling into Social Housing or wider public sector organisations
* Exposure to digital transformation, platform, or enterprise software solutions
