Responsibilities
* Provide tailored support to students with special educational needs (SEN) under the guidance of the classroom teacher.
* Assist in the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for students.
* Facilitate small group sessions and one-on-one support to enhance learning outcomes.
* Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.
* Adapt learning materials to meet the needs of students with varying abilities and learning styles.
* Promote a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Experience as a Teaching Assistant, preferably within an SEN setting.
* Strong understanding of the challenges faced by students with special educational needs.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
