We’re seeking a Graduate Fire Engineer to join our progressive, award-winning Fire Engineering team in our Edinburgh or Glasgow office as part of our 2026 Graduate Programme. From concept to construction, our fire engineering expertise helps optimise design and ensure complex buildings comply with regulations. We have extensive experience across public sector, residential, commercial, industrial, and high-hazard process projects. We support clients through the full development lifecycle—from site appraisal through planning, design, and delivery.

Your Role
* Contribute to fire engineering design across multiple projects.
* Provide early-stage strategic input to design.
About You
At Stantec, we value potential over past experience. You will bring a degree and/or master’s in a relevant engineering discipline with modules related to fire safety and fire engineering, along with a keen interest in the built environment.

Working Arrangements
Graduates are asked to attend the office a minimum of 4 days per week to ensure strong collaboration, support, and development with your team.
