Position: Machine Operator/ Assembler
Salary: £12.21 ph
Location: Edenbridge
Hours: Monday – Friday (Late shift 1 pm – 10pm)
About the employer
Our clients are a well-established manufacturer specializing in conversion, known for quality, precision, and exceptional customer service. Looking to add a Machine operator/ assembler to their team.
Responsibilities
* Manual assembly work
* Operating a bandsaw
* Using glue guns and heat guns
* Attention to detail and precision
* Good hand-eye coordination and dexterity
* Ability to interpret technical drawings (preferred)
Skills & experience required
* A solid understanding of manufacturing processes and a strong focus on quality
* Versatile experience with machinery setup and operation
* Background in woodworking or similar industries (advantageous)
* Familiarity with using PCs for job tracking and management
* A proactive attitude, strong work ethic, and practical problem-solving skills
* Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques
