We’re looking for a full-time Support Worker to provide strengths-based, person-centred support to individuals in supported accommodation and families in the community—promoting independence, resilience, and well-being through early intervention, housing support, and multi-agency collaboration across both service areas.
Ideally candidates will hold a full driving licence and have access to a vehicle. They must be able to prove their right to work in the UK.
This role is subject to an Enhanced (Adult & Child Workforce) DBS disclosure check which the company will pay for if required.
Interviews will be held in Swansea on or around 21 August 2025.
