National Trainer Manager - Monday to Friday, between 07:30 and 17:00 - 40 hours a week

An opportunity has arisen for a National Trainer Manager to join our team.
The National Trainer Manager oversees the daily activities of the training team, ensuring effective delivery of training programs that meet organizational standards. This role involves supervising trainers, coordinating schedules, and monitoring training quality.

Role Responsibilities
* Lead and manage a team of trainers nationwide, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
* Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, updates, and best practices.
* Conduct Performance and Development Reviews (PDRs) for trainers as per schedule.
* Hold regular 1:1 meetings with trainers.
* Plan, schedule, and coordinate training programs.
* Ensure all training sessions are conducted punctually and according to the training calendar.
* Promote all training courses offered by Speedy, including upselling where appropriate.
* Ensure compliance with all legislation requirements.
* Minimize course cancellations and maintain regular communication with senior management.
* Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
What you’ll need:
* Proven experience in lifting and materials handling.
* NPORS or ITSSAR instructor accreditation is desirable.
* Certifications such as IPAF, PASMA, NPORS, ITTSAR, and knowledge of equipment regulations (LOLER, PUWER, BS 7121).
* Ability to support your team in delivering our ESG Strategy – Decade to Deliver.
