The Role Lean Manufacturing Engineer
You Will
* Identify and eliminate waste within production processes.
* Drive continuous improvement and improve efficiency across UK sites.
* Enhance operational performance through the application of Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
* Apply practical lean tools including 5S, 7 Wastes, Kaizen, Time & Motion studies, Root Cause Analysis (5 Whys, Fishbone diagrams).
* Engage with operations teams to implement improvements on the shop floor.
* Work independently, using initiative and strong analytical skills to deliver measurable improvements.

Essential Criteria
* Graduate Engineer with at least 2+ years experience in a Lean Manufacturing environment.
* Strong knowledge of Lean principles and methodologies.
* Hands-on approach with excellent problem-solving skills.
* Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities.
* Proven experience applying lean tools and techniques in a practical setting.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Self-motivated with the ability to manage workload independently.
* Flexibility to travel across multiple UK manufacturing sites.
Location
Based near Middlewich, Cheshire or Grantham, Nottinghamshirewith travel required to other UK sites.
