The Vacancy WPS are seeking a proactive and experienced Repairs Supervisor to lead a team of operatives delivering responsive repairs services across social housing properties in the Crawley area. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations of the responsive repairs team Ensure timely and high-quality completion of repair works Conduct site visits and office-based coordination Monitor performance, compliance, and health & safety standards Liaise with residents, contractors, and internal teams to resolve issues Requirements SSSTS certification (minimum) Proven experience in social housing repairs Strong leadership and organisational skills Ability to work across site and office environments Must live locally to Crawley Full UK driving licence Desirable Background in managing repairs within a social housing setting Familiarity with housing management systems and reporting tools Given the nature of this position, you will need to undergo a Basic Disclosure and Barring Service Check (DBS) at offer stage.
