Registered Nurse – Complex Care (Community Role) Location: Dover Pay Rate: £27.00 – £33.00 per hour Shifts: Day and Night About the Role Superior Healthcare is looking for an experienced Registered Nurse (RCN/RGN) to join our community-based team supporting an adult client with complex health needs in Dover. SHCCJM Responsibilities Provide 1-2-1 support to a adult with Complex Care needs. Work closely with the Nurse Manager Team to provide quality care to our clients Build rapport with clients and families, working within the family home to achieve individual goals. Potential for growth and development into a supervisor or management role. Requirements Right to work in the UK. Commitment to 2 regular shifts per week. Ability to fit seamlessly into the home setting. UK driving license and access to own vehicle. Compassion, confidence, and a gentle caring nature. Experience in delivering care to complex clients, preferably in the community. Clean and valid Registered Nurse pin with at least 1 year post-registration experience.
