We are delighted to be working with one of the industry's leading Cleaning and Hygiene products provider, due to continued growth and expansion they are looking to add a Sales focused BDM to their team.
THE ROLE:
This position requires a proactive and strategic individual with a strong commercial acumen who can identify new business opportunities, develop and implement effective strategies, and foster strong client relationships, you must have a Hunter mentality.
The BDM will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our clients operations.
Work closely with the Head of Commercial to identify, explore, and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's client base and market presence.
Manage the tendering process for new work, including bid preparation, proposal development, and contract negotiation.
Develop and maintain a strong understanding of market trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and partners, acting as a trusted advisor and meeting their needs.
Proactively identify opportunities to expand services with existing clients and develop new partnerships.
Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring the highest levels of customer service.
