SEMH & SEND Classroom Support Assistant
Location: Leeds
Pay: £14–£16 per hour

We are recruiting on behalf of a specialist SEMH/SEND provision in Leeds. You will support pupils with social, emotional, and learning needs, working closely with teaching staff to deliver tailored interventions and create a positive, nurturing environment.
Responsibilities
1. Provide 1:1 and small-group support
2. Assist with lessons, therapeutic activities, and interventions
3. Use positive behaviour support strategies
4. Promote independence, engagement, and emotional regulation
5. Record observations and support teaching staff with feedback
