The Day-to-Day
* Lead 1–2 client projects end-to-end, managing teams, analysis, and client relationships.
* Dive deep into data (SQL, Tableau, Excel) to uncover insights that drive growth.
* Guide clients through commercial and operational transformation.
* Coach junior consultants and shape project approaches.
* Contribute to business development and innovation of in-house data tools.
The Ideal Candidate
You might be a Senior Associate or Manager in a consulting firm: ready to own your projects, have more client exposure, and join a firm where ideas move fast.
* 4–6 years of consulting experience
* Strong technical fluency (SQL, Tableau, Excel)
* Experience with PE or PE-backed companies
* Excellent communicator, structured thinker, and team leader
