As Service Centre Manager, you will have operational responsibility for all areas of a busy Service Centre, driving the business forward to meet targets and ensure the highest standards of customer satisfaction.
You Will Be Responsible For
* Ensuring the Service Centre performs against targets and budgets, managing costs effectively
* Motivating employees to create a positive atmosphere and achieve their best
* Creating monthly management reports and managing P&L aspects
* Liaising with the Sales team to develop new sales opportunities and grow the business
* Ensuring work processes comply with Health and Safety guidelines
* Maintaining effective communication within the Service Centre

About You
We will support your success through training and development tailored to your needs. To be considered, you should have experience in a similar operations or branch management role and possess the following skills:
* Experience managing and motivating teams
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
* Strong commercial and financial understanding
* Experience with P&L accounts and budgets
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Good planning and organizational skills
* Self-motivated with a drive for high standards
* Knowledge of Health and Safety practices
* Full clean driving license
