After an initial 12-week period, successful candidates will have the opportunity to go direct with the client, joining a company known for valuing its people and offering genuine long-term stability. Role Overview: As a Groundworker, you’ll be responsible for a wide range of duties, including: * Drainage and pipe laying * Concreting and kerbing * General groundwork and site preparation * Landscaping and land care work * Working from site drawings and plans * Supporting a small, friendly team with day-to-day site operations We’re particularly keen to hear from Groundworkers with agricultural or landscaping experience – someone practical, reliable, and not afraid to get stuck into a variety of hands-on jobs.
