Location: East Midlands (Nottingham, Leicester, Derby, Coventry surrounding areas)
Salary: £26,000 – £40,000 DOE + uncapped commission + benefits

What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 6-12 months experience in a 360 recruitment role (engineering or technical markets preferred)
Strong business development skills and a commercial mindset
Confident communicator with the ability to build lasting client and candidate relationships
Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven
Understanding of the East Midlands market is a bonus
Full UK driving licence preferred (for client visits)
