We are seeking an ambitious and motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our team. You will be responsible for working within the Engineering & Manufacturing sector, growing and developing relationships with customers and sourcing suitable candidates for vacancies. Your job is to support the business by sourcing talent for a variety of positions for a range of different customers across the UK. The primary responsibility of your position will be to provide our services to businesses and candidates across the UK, negotiating terms of business, securing long term partnerships and sourcing the best talent for our clients.
