Shopping experience for all customers, a counter manager's day is filled with helping their people feel confident and beautiful in their own skin. You will be based on our Liz Earle counter in store and report into the Regional Business Manager. Your main responsibilities will be to:
1. Inspire and motivate your team to achieve and exceed their sales targets through coaching and sharing constructive feedback.
2. Build great relationships with customers and colleagues.
3. Provide personalised consultations and skin services.
4. Deliver your sales targets by creating business plans and driving in-store promotions and Liz Earle offers.
5. Complete our award-winning 12-month Skin School development programme.
6. Ensure your counter is beautifully presented to showcase the range of Liz Earle products.
7. Be an ambassador for the Liz Earle brand.
You will be based at our Peterborough Queensgate store. We are looking for candidates to join us as soon as possible, who can be flexible to meet our customers' needs. Your basic hours will be 30 per week, with shifts including weekends. The anticipated shift patterns will be discussed at interview stage.

* Outstanding customer service skills, welcoming each customer with empathy and understanding.
* Ability to work with business plans, achieve sales targets, and review performance.
* Enthusiasm for ongoing learning and expanding skincare knowledge.
It would be advantageous if you also have experience using skincare products on customers.
