Overview:
An established and growing law firm in Hamilton is looking to appoint a Senior Residential Conveyancing Solicitor (5+ PQE). You will manage a wide range of residential property transactions, providing clear, practical advice to clients and ensuring matters are progressed efficiently. This is a senior position with scope to take on responsibility and play a key role in the firm’s conveyancing team.
Role Requirements:
Experience:
* Scottish qualified solicitor with at least 5 years’ PQE in residential conveyancing
* Proven ability to manage your own caseload from instruction to completion — including sales, purchases, re-mortgages and new builds
* Experience in more complex transactions and ability to resolve issues proactively
* Skilled communicator with confidence in client contact and negotiations
* Willingness to mentor junior colleagues and contribute to the development of the team
