Key Responsibilities
* Personalised Care Plans: Develop and implement tailored care plans for students with moderate to severe learning difficulties.
* One-on-One Support: Provide dedicated support to help students with their daily activities and healthcare needs.
* Progress Monitoring: Track and assess student progress, providing valuable feedback to teachers and healthcare professionals.
* Collaborative Engagement: Participate in meetings to share insights and strategies.
* Inclusive Environment: Foster a welcoming atmosphere where all students feel valued.
* Diverse Techniques: Utilise varied techniques to cater to different healthcare needs.
* Detailed Documentation: Maintain comprehensive notes on student development and healthcare needs.
Requirements
* Experience: Proven experience working with students with moderate to severe learning difficulties.
* Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to engage with students, parents, and colleagues.
* Empathy: Deep commitment to helping students with learning difficulties, demonstrating patience and empathy.
* Qualifications: Additional training in healthcare or special education is advantageous but not mandatory.
