We’re looking for a meticulous, energetic, and friendly Housekeeper to help maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation across our stunning rooms, suites, and spa lodges. You’ll be part of a warm, supportive team that takes pride in creating a serene and spotless environment for our guests.
Your Role as Housekeeper:
1. Cleans and prepares guest rooms consistently to a five-star standard.
2. Maintains pristine public areas.
3. Manages laundry, linen and stock items with care.
4. Reports maintenance issues promptly.
5. Collaborates with the wider hotel team to ensure seamless service and guest experience.
Qualifications
What You Bring:
6. A passion for cleanliness and presentation.
7. A positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and time management skills.
9. Previous housekeeping experience in a 4- or 5-star setting is a bonus, but full training is provided.

Salary: from £26,624 to £27,248 (pro rated to hours worked)
Gratuities are allocated on a points basis, depending on development tiers. Although variable, average levels are projected as being from £234 to £351 per month (again pro rated to hours worked).
