Responsibilities
* Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service throughout their shopping experience
* Assist customers in selecting products that meet their needs and preferences
* Maintain visual merchandising standards to ensure the store is attractive and well-organised
* Upsell products effectively by understanding customer needs and promoting relevant items
* Operate the cash register accurately, handle transactions efficiently, and process payments using various methods
* Answer customer enquiries via phone and in person with professionalism and courtesy
* Manage stock levels by organising shelves, restocking items, and conducting inventory checks
* Ensure the sales floor remains clean, safe, and welcoming at all times
* Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall store performance
Qualifications
* Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is advantageous
* Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with diverse customers
* Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately
* Organised with excellent time management abilities to prioritise tasks effectively
* Knowledge of merchandising principles and retail display techniques preferred
* Experience in retail sales or customer service is desirable but not essential; training will be provided
* Professional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to foster positive customer relationships
* Ability to work well within a team and independently as required
