Your Core Responsibilities:
🔹 Support existing clients and identify new business opportunities through research, referrals, and outreach using tools like LinkedIn.
🔹 Create and manage digital marketing campaigns and social media strategies to generate leads.
🔹 Manage administrative and compliance processes to ensure smooth client onboarding and retention.
🔹 Build strong referral networks internally and externally.
🔹 Collaborate closely with advisors to grow client portfolios and achieve success.
🔹 Work towards becoming a fully qualified international financial advisor, with career development and certifications supported throughout the programme.
Our Ideal Candidate:
🔹 At least one year’s work experience in sales, business development, or lead generation.
🔹 Confident communicator across phone, video, and in-person meetings.
🔹 Enjoys networking, bringing innovative ideas, and thrives under pressure.

Programme Details:
Training begins with two months in Mauritius, immersing you in private investment and financial advisory. Upon successful completion, you will transfer to one of our global offices to continue building your career.
