Job Description We are seeking a motivated and experienced Housekeeping Trainer Manager to join our dynamic team! As a Housekeeping Trainer Manager, you will develop and implement training programs that empower our housekeeping staff with the necessary skills and knowledge to ensure exceptional service. You will collaborate closely with the housekeeping management team to identify training needs, design instructional materials, and deliver engaging training sessions. In this position, you will also assess the performance of housekeeping employees and provide constructive feedback to facilitate their growth and development. Monitor and assess the performance of housekeeping staff during training and provide constructive feedback. Promote adherence to cleaning standards, procedures, and safety regulations. Coordinate ongoing training sessions to keep staff updated on best practices and new products. Foster a positive learning environment that encourages staff engagement and development. Requirements Proven experience in a housekeeping role, preferably in a supervisory or trainer capacity. Strong understanding of housekeeping operations, standards, and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective training delivery. Ability to motivate, train, and mentor housekeeping staff effectively. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask. Knowledge of safety regulations and cleanliness standards in the hospitality industry. Willingness to adapt training methods to suit diverse learning styles and needs.
