Are you a D365 Business Central expert who enjoys solving problems and supporting users? We're looking for a D365 BC Support Consultant to join a growing Microsoft Partner, delivering high-quality support across a range of clients and industries.
The Role
You'll provide functional support for D365 Business Central, acting as the go-to expert for troubleshooting, issue resolution, and user guidance. Working closely with consultants, developers, and end users, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities:
* Provide 1st–3rd line support for D365 Business Central users
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues across finance, supply chain, and other key modules
* Escalate technical issues where necessary, working alongside the development team
* Assist with testing, configuration, and minor enhancements
* Deliver user training and documentation
* Support system upgrades, patches, and rollouts
What We’re Looking For
* Strong experience supporting Dynamics 365 Business Central (or Dynamics NAV)
* Functional understanding of core BC modules (finance, inventory, purchasing, etc.)
* Excellent communication skills and a user-focused approach
* Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tickets/issues simultaneously
* Experience with a support desk or ticketing system
* Knowledge of extensions, Power Platform, or SQL is a bonus
