This is a senior role at Decode Collectif, working across fashion, luxury and beauty.
This is not a traditional PR role.
We are a social-first communications agency. The role sits across press, creators, content and cultural strategy.
This role is for someone who can already operate at a high level.
You should:
* Have 5+ years in fashion, luxury or beauty PR
* Have strong, active relationships with editors, stylists and talent
* Be able to secure coverage, not just send releases
* Understand how PR and social now work together
* Be fast, organised and commercially aware
You will be:
* Leading day-to-day press across key accounts
* Driving coverage and cultural relevance
* Managing gifting, talent and influencer relationships
* Working closely with social and content teams
* Supporting on campaigns, launches and events
Important:
* London-based, full-time
* Not remote
* This is a hands-on role in a small, senior team
