The role
As a Workday Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR and business operations by managing stakeholder relationships and overseeing cyclical work and projects. Unlike traditional Business Analysts, you will focus on understanding business needs and translating them into actionable plans without direct hands-on configuration within Workday. Your ability to liaise between stakeholders and technical teams will be essential in driving efficient and effective Workday solutions.
You will be expected to have a strong grasp of Workday Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, ensuring alignment with payroll governance, statutory reporting, and cyclical activities like tax year-end processes. Our team operates uniquely within the Workday ecosystem. While we do not have direct configuration access, we excel in bridging the gap between business needs and technical execution. Our focus on stakeholder engagement and process improvement ensures that our Workday solutions are not only technically sound but also strategically aligned with organisational goals, with this role having a keen emphasis on payroll governance, compensation processes, and benefits administration.
