Main Responsibilities (but not limited to):
* Input live data into multiple systems
* Administration of sales contracts
* Administration of onboarding new TPI's
* Process Contracts & LOAs for multiple customers and TPI's
* Provide information to sales channels and TPI's via telephone and e mail
* General support of the wider sales team
* Manage Multiple Inboxes
* Escalate accounts through multiple departments
* Complete post contract consolidation calls
* Liaise with customers and TPI's to lift contract objections
* Facilitate meter installs for new supplies

* Outstanding organisational and time management skills
* Expert interpersonal skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Self-motivated, self-directed, and willing to accept responsibility for results
* Sets high goals and standards for self and others in the organisation
* IT Literate and proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
* Will be comfortable operating in an environment of constant change
* Numerate and accurate with ability to solve detailed problems and use own initiative
* Basic energy knowledge
