You'll support the team in delivering exceptional quality while mentoring junior chefs and maintaining high standards across the section. You will: Oversee the preparation and execution of all pastry and dessert items Maintain consistency and presentation in line with Amazonico standards Support and lead the pastry team during service and prep Train and develop junior pastry chefs Ensure food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness are upheld at all times Assist with stock control, ordering, and kitchen organisation Collaborate on menu development and seasonal specials What We’re Looking For Previous experience as a Pastry Sous Chef or strong Senior Pastry Chef de Partie in a premium or luxury venue Advanced pastry and dessert preparation skills with a creative edge Excellent leadership, time management, and organisational skills A keen eye for detail and a passion for presentation and quality Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations A positive, can-do attitude and a collaborative mindset Ready to Join the Amazonico Family?
