You will be working 4days of 12 hour shifts 7am 7pm with 4 days off on a rolling rotaensuring you get consecutive days off for an excellent work lifebalance.
We are looking forpeople with excellent customer service response and resolutionskills to be the represent our specialist IMAC (IntelligenceManagement and Analysis Centre) Alarm Receiving Centre as part of ateam to achieve an impeccable delivery ofservice.
You will be the first pointof contact for a round the clock alarm & CCTV monitoringhelpdesk representing the business and our values. You will operateand monitor all inbound calls live security systems CCTV andintruder alerts to a high professional accurate and effectivestandard.
Our data intelligence centeris a high responsive round the clock service which means we haveoperators work for both days andnights.
Our office has excellentmotorway and commute links with the benefit of free parkingnearby.
Requirements
KeyJobResponsibilities:
* Respondingto inbound customer calls professionally quickly andeffectively
* To provide an efficientand courteous telephone answering service and deal efficiently withall enquiries.
* To operate andmonitor control room systems to 100%accuracy
* To record all events andactions taken in a clear legible and accurateformat
* Ensure all queries areundertaken in compliance with the operating procedures legislationand the codes of practice
* To receiveand disseminate intelligence/information to the security and lawenforcement community in a timelymanner
* Recognizing reacting& escalating incidents for both emergency and nonemergencycalls and alarm activations
* Toidentify and report equipmentfailure.
* Implement and act inaccordance with the organizations information securitypolicies
* Protect assets fromunauthorised access disclosure modification destruction orinterference
* Report security eventsor potential events or other security risks to theorganisation
* Obtaining assessing andaccurately recording comprehensive information from incoming callsto facilitate proper assessment thus enabling rapid deployment ofappropriateresources
