Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day operational site control of contracts of varying sizes across the UK.
* Focus on safety, quality, productivity, cost control, performance to programme and customer service.
* Maintain commercial awareness to protect the company’s financial interests and achieve full margins from operational activities.
* Ensure client requirements are met and maintain good client relations to maximise repeat business opportunities.
Qualifications and Experience
* Extensive experience in the geotechnical industry, with a solid understanding of ground conditions, drilling and site investigation works.
* Good understanding of geotechnical processes, contract management, written English and letter writing.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and the regional team.
* Full UK driving licence (valid).
* Minimum of 18 years of age.
* Previous construction industry experience; experience working away from home is an advantage.
* Willingness to learn, flexible in terms of work and location, and willing to travel frequently across the UK.
